Do you feel isolated in your new role as a mother? You are not alone! Isolation can be one the hardest situations that a new mom faces, and we are here for you.

In our groups, moms are given the opportunity to share their highs and lows and are encouraged to participate in conversations about topics such as self-care, stress management and emotional and mental health. We hope to see you and your little one soon!

We strive to provide a Sensitive, Accepting, Friendly, and Encouraging (S.A.F.E.) environment where, together, we can: ​

  • We welcome all mothers, each with a different parenting style; we are respectful of that mother’s right to make her own parenting choices, even if they are different from our own.

• Friendly

  • Those who want to be heard need to be given the opportunity to share. Please be courteous while others speak. Any solicited and helpful suggestions can be shared with kindness and compassion.

• Encouraging

  • Being a mom is hard, and feelings of inadequacy are normal. We have the opportunity to be a source of encouragement to one another. You don’t have to have it all together to be able of offer reassurance and support.
