Communicable Disease Screening

At Cascade Women's Health, the health and safety of our patients, volunteers, and staff is our top priority. Therefore, we are taking all necessary precautions by following recommendations of the CDC and local health agencies. 

Please self-screen, and do not enter the building if you:

• Are experiencing symptoms such as cough, sore throat, nasal or chest congestion, shortness of breath, muscle aches, fever, rash, diarrhea.

• Have been in close contact with someone who has had the above symptoms in the last 10 days.
