Complex Giving

A Legacy of Faithful Stewardship

Since 1984, God has used the generosity of faithful supporters to provide hope, compassion, and practical medical care to women and families facing difficult circumstances. Through your partnership, thousands have experienced life-changing support.

Legacy giving is more than financial planning. It is an opportunity to steward the resources God has entrusted to you and leave a testimony of faith, generosity, and impact.

We encourage you to prayerfully consider your plans, seek wise counsel, and explore how your legacy can continue bringing hope and compassionate care to women and families for years to come.

Complex Giving

Charitable Bequest

A charitable bequest is a gift made through your will or revocable living trust that takes effect after your lifetime. It is the most common form of planned giving because it is simple, flexible, and costs nothing today.

Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)

A Qualified Charitable Distribution allows individuals age 70½ or older to transfer funds directly from an IRA to a qualified charity. The distribution is excluded from taxable income instead of being treated as a charitable deduction.

Required Minimum Distribution (RMDs)

A Required Minimum Distribution is the minimum amount the IRS requires certain retirement account holders to withdraw annually after reaching a specific age. Those withdrawals are typically taxable. A Qualified Charitable Distribution can help satisfy these requirements while supporting charitable causes.

Donating Stocks, Mutual Funds, or ETFs

Instead of selling appreciated investments and donating the cash, many donors choose to transfer the securities directly to a charity.

Gifts of Real Estate

Real estate can be one of the most impactful charitable gifts a donor makes.

Examples include:

  • Personal residences

  • Rental properties

  • Vacation homes

  • Commercial property

  • Farmland

  • Undeveloped land

Gifts of Business Interests

Business owners may choose to donate a portion of their company ownership or proceeds from a business sale.

Examples may include:

  • Closely held corporations

  • LLC ownership interests

  • Partnership interests

Life Insurance Gifts

Life insurance policies can provide a meaningful future gift to ministry. Give a future gift through your existing policies.

Retirement Account Beneficiary Designations

Many financial advisors consider retirement account beneficiary designations among the easiest ways to leave a charitable legacy.
